The Kaiser Permanente advantage

Kaiser Permanente Georgia has 12 medical facilities conveniently located across Atlanta. We also have a growing list of affiliated community physicians practicing in their own offices throughout the area. When you enroll, you'll be given your personal physician at the medical center or office most convenient for you. This doctor will become familiar with your medical history and special needs and will be committed to providing you with optimal treatment. Should the need arise, you can change your personal physician with a simple phone call.

When medically necessary, your personal physician will refer you to a specialist. You may visit an Ob/Gyn, dermatology, psychiatry, or mental health specialist without a referral from your personal physician.
